Support for victims. A month like any other, yet marked by growing mistrust among victims. Mistrust toward law enforcement, the justice system, and even lawyers. And, of course, toward insurers, who seem content with this situation. Traffic homicides. The bill was passed by lawmakers in its second reading. The 40th anniversary of the Badinter Law. Victim support. Fewer calls but more inquiries via email. This allows us to be more available and attentive during phone conversations. Requests for information and/or support primarily from victims of traffic accidents, but also from those involved in medical and other types of accidents. Follow-up on ongoing cases, and two that are starting to take an inexplicably long time for the victims, creating some mistrust toward the insurer. Meeting at the National Assembly. Discussion with Representative Nicolas TURQUOIS and Laurent SEBAG, continuing the momentum from our meeting at the Senate last March. The association celebrated its 9th anniversary. Nine years of letters, ministerial meetings, and meetings with lawmakers, among other things. Many have moved on to other positions, but we are still here. Tribute to road accident victims.
