February Update. February confirms a clear trend: the number of calls is on the rise. We are receiving numerous requests for information and assistance, but also many late inquiries. Too late. All too often, we find that victims have: undergone their medical evaluations on their own, accepted a settlement offer without legal guidance, or contacted us after being turned down by a lawyer. Behind every call is a case that deserved to have been handled sooner. We remain committed. Our daily work involves: following up with insurers, coordinating with law enforcement, filing requests with prosecutors’ offices, and providing constant support to victims. Administrative delays do not directly affect us. But for a victim, every delay is an additional ordeal. And all too often, explanations are slow in coming. News for January 2026

The association’s January update. No let-up and numerous calls in this first month of the year. The lack of resources, both within law enforcement and the justice system, is truly felt. As for the processing times and response times from insurance companies, they are simply unacceptable, plunging victims into severe financial and psychological distress. No meetings scheduled at the start of the year, but we have reached out to the DGGN again to move forward on a partnership project. Locally, the gendarmes who use our guide and distribute it to victims are satisfied with the level of information provided and the tools put in place to assist victims. Our discussions also allow them to observe the delaying tactics employed by many insurers. We have also followed up with the Interministerial Delegation for Road Safety following our last meeting, but there has been no significant progress to date. News for December 2025

L’actu du mois de décembre de l’association. Un mois de décembre marqué par une nouvelle hausse de sollicitations. Le dernier appel de l’année était le 31 décembre. Beaucoup de questions et le soulagement pour nous de savoir que nous allons pouvoir agir vite grâce à la mobilisation du procureur et des gendarmes sur ce secteur de notre territoire. Les RDV Dernière réunion de l’année au ministère de la justice avec la DIAV. Mais aussi Préparation de notre bilan d’activité, et détermination de nos projets et principaux objectifs pour 2026.
