News for February 2026
February Update. February confirms a clear trend: the number of calls is on the rise. We are receiving numerous requests for information and assistance, but also many late inquiries. Too late. All too often, we find that victims have: undergone their medical evaluations on their own, accepted a settlement offer without legal guidance, or contacted us after being turned down by a lawyer. Behind every call is a case that deserved to have been handled sooner. We remain committed. Our daily work involves: following up with insurers, coordinating with law enforcement, filing requests with prosecutors’ offices, and providing constant support to victims. Administrative delays do not directly affect us. But for a victim, every delay is an additional ordeal. And all too often, explanations are slow in coming. This month: No official institutional meetings, but: ✔️ Phone conversations about a wonderful upcoming project…
