News for March 2026

We’re staying on course… and the pace is picking up.

Requests for assistance continue to rise, mainly from victims of traffic accidents.

Now more than ever, our role is to be there for them, responsive, and committed to supporting each victim through the process.

We have continued our discussions with prosecutors’ offices and investigators.
Our dialogue with the gendarmerie is constructive and effective.
Relations with certain police departments remain more complex, but we continue to move forward with perseverance, always in the best interests of the victims.

We have also worked with several insurance companies, particularly on issues related to contractual coverage.

Significant challenges remain when it comes to loan insurance or life insurance policies.
And, unfortunately, certain situations remain complicated, even under the Badinter Act.

Events of the Month

March was marked by several important discussions aimed at advancing best practices and increasing recognition of our work.

With Groupe Covéa, which is seeking feedback from the field to improve its practices.
With the Office of Prevention and Safety Partnerships at the DGGN ( National Gendarmerie), where we presented our initiatives and our guide.
A working meeting with the Prefecture of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence to discuss a process for caring for and supporting victims of traffic accidents within the framework of the CLAV route.

Our guide continues to attract interest.
And to meet new demand, the English version will soon be translated into several languages.
