News for March 2025

This month, in addition to traffic accidents and medical accidents (still bandages), we’re providing assistance for two other types of accidents.

About three requests a day, with an increase in inquiries via social media.
Requests from police investigators (OPJ), including one that was a bit chaotic; requests from prosecutors, with a positive response within 24 hours; and requests from insurers, which are as complicated as ever.

We have begun reaching out to politicians, though without much success so far.
A journalist is investigating the issue, and she asked us a few questions about it.

The meeting on March 18 at the Senate with Jean SOL, Senator from the Pyrénées-Orientales.

The event of the month took us quite some time. Everyone had the chance to speak up and highlight the many areas where improvements could be made. It brilliantly demonstrated the huge gap between theory and practice—and even between the law and practice.
The task now is to make realistic and achievable proposals that take into account the interests of all—and above all, those of the victims—while striving to avoid resorting to the law to urgently improve the victims’ experience.

A farewell party.

ERIC LATRAYE was kind enough to invite us to meet his replacement, Laurent CARVIN, with whom we hope to accomplish great things for the victims (I’ve had a project in mind for several years that hasn’t yet come to fruition).
