Support for victims.

A month like any other, but marked by growing mistrust among victims.
Mistrust toward law enforcement, the justice system, and even lawyers. And, of course, toward insurance companies, which seem content with the situation.

Traffic homicide.

The bill was passed by the members of Congress on its second reading.

The 40th anniversary of the Badinter Law.

Many conferences have been held, and we attended the one organized by Anne Guégan.

A new video.

GRIFFES PRODUCTIONS filmed at the Moissy-Cramayel fire station (77) for the association, with the support of SDIS 77 – the Seine-et-Marne Fire Department.
A production aimed at future drivers.

Local Victim Assistance Committee.

Inauguration of the CLAV dedicated to road accident victims at the Seine-et-Marne Prefecture, attended by representatives from the Interministerial Delegation for Victim Assistance (DIAV).
Unfortunately, while CLAVs are being established one after another, they are not all alike, resulting in significant disparities in access to legal services across the country.

Appointments.

With the Bordeaux prosecutor, @Renaud GAUDEUL, who is extending the investigation he initially launched for the Nantes jurisdiction.
An initiative welcomed at that we hope to see adopted more widely.

Along with Pauline Bonnecarrère and Clément BERGERE-MESTRINARO, advisors to the Minister of Justice, and a simple goal: to better protect victims of personal injury accidents and ensure equitable access to justice throughout the country.

First Day Resources: “Listen and Communicate.”

The Interministerial Delegation for Victim Assistance (DIAV) organized a workshop day for nonprofit organizations.
Whether in our role as listeners or in our interactions with the media, this workshop day was full of valuable advice and discussions.

The Citizens' Summit.

Idéal Citoyens organized this democratic event in Lille, where engaged citizens developed numerous proposals.
Many topics were discussed, and there are still resolutions open for voting.

Two new municipalities are supporting us.

The town halls of Chartronges (77) and Saint Jean-de-Sauves (86).
This brings the total number of municipalities working to improve access to justice and better protect victims to six.
